AHSOKA TANO
You don't have to carry a sword to be powerful. Some leaders' strength is inspiring others.

History: Wiki

Personality:
Strengths:

Compassion: Ahsoka was taught to help people and that is the philosophy she carries throughout her life. For her, it's not up for debate. No matter how hardpressed she is, how difficult her life gets, even when she's being hunted and chased throughout the galaxy, Ahsoka always puts other people first. She considers this to be the cornerstone of her life.

Pragmatic: Unlike her hot-headed master, Ahsoka is much more even tempered. She does her best not to let her emotions get the better of her, often taking a moment or two to tamp down on her immediate desire to lash out or be snarky (though it does come out from time to time. she is a teenage girl). She treats all people equally and evenly, trying not to tar them with an emotional brush.

Fearless: Ahsoka's determination is not to be taken lightly. She rarely if ever backs down and when she does, it is only because she cannot forcibly tip the scales in her favor. While no longer the reckless padawan she used to be, that doesn't mean Ahsoka takes things lying down. She has a strong sense of justice and balance and she upholds that with a steely determination that remains unmatched by many.

Weaknesses:

Trauma: Due to the heavy losses of the Jedi and the birth of the Empire, Ahsoka has suffered greatly and that has made her very numb to others. She struggles to express herself, constantly pulling back and trying to cope with the fact that she's lost everyone she's ever known and figuring out how to live in a world without them. She's also heavily blunted by the loss of Anakin, a person she promised to return to and then never could. All these losses and broken promises have made her tentative and unsure when it comes to connecting with others.

Stubborn: While Ahsoka has a more balanced view than most, that doesn't mean she's not stubborn and intractable at times. Like her Master, she can be a bit testy when her temper is drawn out, often resorting to snippy and sharp replies and can hold a grudge. It never reaches egregious levels, but Ahsoka is very much a teenage girl in that she isn't always rational in her dislikes and if you push her, she too can maintain a vicious streak.

Doubt: Her departure from the Jedi was one marked in doubt. She no longer felt she had a place there and her trust in them was heavily fractured. And while she's regained a modicum of her "self" since then, Ahsoka still isn't sure who she is and who she wants to be. She can no longer be a Jedi, so what does that make her? Her inward struggle holds her back from truly accepting herself, flaws and all and she is constantly looking for an identity she can call her own.

Powers/Abilities:
The Force: Ahsoka can read feelings and emotions from other people and creatures, lift and manipulate objects, use the Force to propel her over long distances and sense when something foreboding is near.

Trained Warrior: Ahsoka has been trained as a soldier and warrior in some of the harshest conditions and at a very young age, which means she's competent in martial arts and guerilla warfare.

Duelist: With sabers or swords, she is a highly trained duelist.

Mechanic: She's skilled with robotics and machinery.

Regret: Not being there for Anakin when the Republic fell.

Suitability: Ahsoka is a soldier and thus, used to both giving and following orders. She has a kind heart and spends her time helping others over herself. She's calm and rational, generally not letting her temper or feelings get the better of her and capable of putting her ego aside for the greater good.

OVERVIEW
Ahsoka Tano was discovered by Plo Koon at the age of three and accepted into the Jedi Order. When she was 14, Jedi Master Yoda granted Ahsoka the rank of Padawan and apprenticed her to Anakin Skywalker, a powerful if reckless Jedi Knight. Anakin initially bristled at the idea of having an apprentice, and their early interactions were playfully contentious; he called her “Snips” for her witty retorts, and Ahsoka called him “Skyguy.” But their relationship began to grow, and Anakin gained a newfound respect for Ahsoka.

Over the course of the Clone Wars, Ahsoka experienced many ups and downs, heartbreaks, and triumphs. She successfully fought beside Clone Captain Rex, saving him and fending off General Grievous, a notorious Jedi killer. But she also made costly mistakes. During her first stint as commander, Ahsoka disobeyed a direct order to retreat; as a result, most of her fighter squadron was wiped out. She learned a valuable lesson in responsibility and the need to follow orders.

As the war continued, Ahsoka emerged more mature and became a true leader. Taken captive by Trandoshans to be hunted for sport, she successfully led a revolt, her inventiveness and rebellious attitude clearly coming from the influence of Anakin Skywalker. Later, she escorted a group of younglings to Ilum, where they underwent a Jedi rite of passage called the Gathering: constructing one’s first lightsaber. And it was Ahsoka who saved and watched over the younglings when things went wrong.

Ahsoka’s fate and life as a Jedi took an unexpected turn when she was framed for the murderous bombing of the Jedi Temple. The evidence against her was strong and she fled, desperate to clear her name. Ahsoka was eventually captured, and the Council stripped the young Jedi of her Padawan status and expelled her from the Jedi Order. Anakin, however, never stopped believing in his apprentice’s innocence and uncovered the truth: Jedi Bariss Offee, Ahsoka’s friend, was behind it all. Ahsoka was acquitted but rejected an offer to return to the Jedi Order, choosing to take a new path into the future.

On the back of a junky speeder bike, Ahsoka retreated to the Coruscant underworld before a crash landing left her stranded on Level 1313. Thanks to a kind offer from the mechanic Trace Martez, Ahsoka was able to begin making repairs and forged a friendship with the young woman who had big dreams of leaving the dank underworld for the glittering stars. But Ahsoka quickly learned that not everyone saw the Jedi as heroes in the war, and Trace and her sister Rafa were embroiled in some illegal activity to survive. Imprisoned on Oba Diah, Ahsoka had to figure out a way to save the Martez sisters and herself while hiding her Force abilities and the truth about her past. But the truth came out and the Martez sisters accepted her before Ahsoka chose to leave with Bo-Katan to face Maul.

On Mandalore, Ahsoka faced Maul, clashing lightsabers in the throne room of the capital city. But Maul didn't want her dead, and for a brief moment it appeared the two would join forces. But after he revealed that he had orchestrated the Siege of Mandalore as a means to draw Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi to him with plans to kill Skywalker and deprive Darth Sidious of his new apprentice, Ahsoka could not follow through with the pact. Ultimately, she fought Maul bravely and was able to turn his own weapon against him to capture the former Sith Lord for the Republic.

But in transit to deliver Maul to the Jedi Council, the unthinkable happened. Darth Sidious handed down Order 66, a decree for all clones to execute their Jedi generals. Despite the fact that Ahsoka was no longer a Jedi and that Rex was her friend, the inhibitor chip in his brain forced him to try to comply -- but a part of him resisted, urging Ahsoka to find information on the clone they called Fives. After she uncovered a secret recording detailing that the chips might have a hidden purpose, Ahsoka and a group of brave droids were able to remove Rex's chip just in time.

Together, Ahsoka and Rex had to fight their way out of the medical bay in an attempt to escape and save their own skins. But as Maul ripped the hyperdrive out of the craft, sending it suddenly into the orbital pull of a large moon, their circumstances became increasingly dire. Although they desperately tried to spare as many clone lives as they could and eventually escaped in an unattended Y-wing, the Republic cruiser plummeted to the surface of the moon and Rex and Ahsoka were left to bury their dead comrades. In anguish and defeat, Ahsoka left her lightsabers in the graveyard of the fallen soldiers.

PERSONALITY
As a teenager, Ahsoka was snarky, cocky, stubborn, reckless and impulsive, yet loyal, brave, generous and kind-hearted. She was very feisty and snippy, which earned her the nickname "Snips" from her master, Anakin Skywalker. Like her master, she was known to be very aggressive, eager for battle and willing to use terror or threats to get the answers she wanted. She had a tendency to follow her heart, which negatively impacted her path to Jedi knighthood. In her younger years, Ahsoka's emotions inhibited her ability to make wise decisions, although she eventually gained the confidence to make the right choice, despite the great cost to her feelings.

Over time, Ahsoka became more mature and enlightened, her experiences during the Clone Wars shaping her. She had her victories, her failures, and her losses yet strove through them all, as she felt it was her duty as a Jedi to help restore peace and prosperity to the Republic. Her constant travels and experiences made her more worldly than most people her age, and often she was surprised by the various events and people she came across during the Clone Wars.

However, when Ahsoka was framed for murder and treason, she was horrified when the Jedi Order cast her out and all but condemned her to a Republic military tribunal, and came very close to being sentenced to death. When Skywalker unveiled the true culprit, Tano was shocked to see it was her friend Barriss Offee. Though conflicted, she ultimately rejected the opportunity to become a Jedi again, having lost faith in the Order for not standing by her.

Ahsoka was a confident and moralistic person, and a firm defender of the innocent. During her time running from the Empire, Ahsoka continued to suffer from grief over the loss of her friends and guilt over the fact that she wasn't there to help them. During her time on Raada, Ahsoka was unsure about making new friends, largely due to the emotional pain inflicted by Barriss' betrayal.

ABILITIES
Even as a Padawan, Ahsoka Tano was very skilled in lightsaber combat. She initially made use of the unorthodox reverse grip during combat, but she learnt to utilize the standard grip at the insistence of her master.[92] When she was apprenticed to Anakin Skywalker by Yoda, she was already proficient in Form V. At this time, Tano's combat skills were already quite considerable given that she was able to defeat three IG-100 MagnaGuards single-handedly during her first mission. On top of this, she was later able to at least temporarily hold her ground against the skilled Sith assassin Asajj Ventress and the Jedi hunter General Grievous only after a short time training under Skywalker.

During the Clone Wars, Tano began to learn Jar'Kai, wielding a yellowish-green-bladed shoto lightsaber with a hilt that matched that of her original lightsaber. She still sometimes used only her main lightsaber, such as when she dueled Skywalker on Mortis before Kenobi arrived, but would use Jar'Kai when facing multiple opponents. This was the case when she held her own against both Skywalker and Kenobi on Mortis, even though both of her opponents were more experienced warriors than she was.
